By accessing or using BOSS Copy (app.bosscopy.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, agency licence holders, and resellers.
BOSS Copy is an AI-powered copywriting platform that generates marketing copy including advertisements, email sequences, video scripts, social media posts, and website copy. We provide access to the platform on a subscription or one-time purchase basis, with different tiers offering different features and usage limits.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use BOSS Copy to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You may not use the platform to generate spam, phishing content, or content designed to deceive consumers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
Content you generate using BOSS Copy is yours. You retain full ownership of all copy produced through your account. BOSS Copy retains ownership of the platform, its underlying technology, frameworks, and all non-generated content including the interface, branding, and training systems.
Reseller licence holders may sell access to BOSS Copy to their own clients under the terms of their licence agreement. Resellers may not misrepresent the platform, claim ownership of the underlying technology, or use the BOSS Copy brand in a way that implies official endorsement beyond what is permitted in their licence. Agency licence holders may use the platform on behalf of their clients but may not sublicense or resell access.
Certain features consume credits. Credits are non-transferable and expire in accordance with your plan terms. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for features with reasonable notice. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. One-time purchases are final. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
BOSS Copy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or conversion rates from using our platform.
Any income or results mentioned in our marketing materials are not typical and are not a guarantee of your results. Individual results will vary based on your effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. BOSS Copy is a tool — your results depend on how you use it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kabooyaa Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BOSS Copy, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of BOSS Copy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
